Poor communications and not client focussed - 1001 hobbies delivered the wrong item, never answered my questions directly and only started responding when I forced them to do so through PayPal. They never confirmed they could in fact deliver the item ordered (which was listed on their site as available well after I notified them of their mistake and asked for the correct item to be delivered), and where only focussed on the return of the wrong item. Their refund covered the ciosts of the item only, not the shipping costs, even though the error in sending me the wrong item was entirely theirs.They pose as a firm with offices in NL but are located in France. I was unable to contact them at the number they give on their website.All in all, one of the poorest e-commerce experiences I ever had. I won't buy from them again.
